Is there an enrollment fee?
There is no enrollment fee at Ultimate Tanning. We prorate your first month, allowing you to begin tanning immediately without paying for unused time.How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please email us at contactus@ultimatetanninglv.com. We require written notice 30 days before your final draft month. You must have fulfilled your membership terms. We'll review your cancellation request and send a confirmation email. We value your feedback and encourage you to speak with our staff if you have any concerns.How do I freeze my membership?
To freeze your VIP membership, send an email to contactus@ultimatetanninglv.com. Please note that you must have completed your membership terms and provide 30 days' notice to halt recurring payments.Can I make changes to my account by phone?
For security reasons, we cannot make account changes over the phone. All cancellations, freezes, and upgrades must be done in person at our salon or via email. Please remember that any account changes require 30 days' advance notice.Can I change my billing information?
Yes, you can update your billing information. Please visit one of our locations to make these changes in person.
